Well I got it out, I feel like an idiot lol.
I just took a tourqe wrench with a long extension with an 8mm end and just gave it some muscle. The force of the impact kinda bonded the bolt with the base of the slider so the slider was turning at an anlge too. Anyway it came out and a new bolt went it no problem.
