Default question on the 636

Does any one know if water gets in the gas tank if your bike get's rainned on? On mine it seems that there is a space between the cap and the filler neck on the tank. Kawi should have put a seal around it or something.

I would doubt they would put a bike on the street if that were the case. But hey dumber things have happened.

I also left out that a couple months after i bought my bike me and some friends went to a bike rally and on the way home we rode through probably the WORST rain storm i have ever been in. I mean bad enough that cages were pulling off the road because you couldnt see. That must have been somethitng else for those cagers to pull off the side of the road and then see about 10 sportbikes go by. LOL
