Chad a...im guessing you work for indy superbike....as this is the 2nd post ive read of yours....and both are advertising for the same company. And seeing how youve only made 5 posts....not very good record.

Back to the topic at hand though. If your going to be making drastic changes in elevation, you may feel a difference, but you can manually change the PC while your gone. It is done via 3 different buttons on the PC. I dont have one here with me....so i cant tell you what exactly is the procedure. If it doesnt bother you too much while your gone...I wouldnt worry about it though.

That's the problems with forums the guy that just responded wants to make himself look good while trying to put other people down, instead of trying to help the members out on prices. Use your own advise and stay directed to the subject.

I've dealt personally with chad and indysuperbikes. They are great...awesome customer service and great prices. I ordered my yoshi exhaust from them...cheapest I could find anywhere.

OFF TOPIC GUYS...c'mon.

to answer the last question about the power commander...dude, it's all about how much you want to get out of your bike. riding from denver to new orleans will make a big difference in performance of your bike. will you notice it? maybe not. will it hurt your bike? i doubt it. the pc will only help. and yes, dyno tuning is more accurate/efficient because you are taking real time data off the bike, not some factory shop numbers. but the downloaded maps will be close. i understand your loyalty. my suggestion...get a download and ride for a while (making your bike and your shop happy). if you want to squeeze a little more out of your bike, take it to a dyno (or talk your shop into getting one).
