The cops would only bust you on that crap if you they pulled you over for doing something really really stupid... Even then the chances of them doing that are slim... They have more important things to do...

ive heard alot of bad things from people about the 2nd gear going out on the 05-06 636's with very little to no miles at all on there bikes
