It sat for 2 months without starting.. But i disconnected the fuel lines and let it run until it quit when I put it up...

 

But that does not mean that you drained the bowls.

 

I think I just drained my bowels...lol


Well I got it running today, took it for a quick jaunt around the neighborhood, I ended up going down the road, I can't believe how fast this bike is. Now that the plug wires are hooked back up, and the plugs are clean the bike is crazy fast.. After it warmed up it ran like a scalded dog.

All it lacks is paint and it will be a terror. I forgot how fast it was.. Amazing that not driving it for about two months would make me forget..

As soon as the weather consistantly hovers around 60deg I am back on the beast as my daily.

 

good deal on the repair.. i'm like the unofficial turbo guy of sorts, so you're gonna hafta keep me posted on if you do boost!!!

I will keep you in mind.. I am trying to finish up my supercharger install on my Lexus LS400, I am going to drive the bike for the rest of the summer then try to finish the turbo kit by fall..
