Looking through their project pics, and seeing the Buell swingarm, I could see doing the swingarm and frame. That might look pretty good against the painted bodywork.

If it was a smooth finish, it would look good. Also the rough finish will cause a lot of aerodynamic drag and maybe hard to remove bug guts etc &keep clean.

it will cause less drag than the fuz on a tennis bal - and its actually very easy to clean because you aren't trying to return it to a mirror shine - you can just power wash it off and be done.

Maybe I'm thinking of the really rough finished bed liners?

Yeah, cleaning is super easy you can power wash like KB said or if you got something more serious they suggested some zep or anyother penitrating oil. And it will have some texture to it but it will all ways look shinny even dirty Because of the way light reflects off the uneven surface. And maybe I'm crazy but i think i'm leanning tward it right now it's $500 for a color and $550 some kind of graphic or letters or what ever i can come up with as long as it's now too small but if you look at the eight ball in there web site pix they're can do some awsome detail so if anyone has any cool kawi logo or writing feel free to throw out suggestions and I'll keep everyone up to date with what happens.

Thx
and it's done... ish. I have it 3/4 of the way together and I haven't had her started this year so I changed oil and put some petro in her and after a struggle she fired up but wasn't runnin so hot. I think before I put the finishing touches on her I'm gunna need to replace some spark plugges but it's about time anywho.
