Question Pain in the **** zx6r...

So I purchased a new 2008 ZX-6R. I have put on about 180miles on the bike. I love it with the exception that my wrists and neck hurt after about an hour of riding it. One possible suggestion I received was to try and adjust the handle bar height. HOW DO I DO THIS? Is it even possible on this bike? Secondly, can the handles be changed on the bike? Any suggestions would be great....

I could but i wanted a cheap fix... since the current clip ons dont have too much room for adjustment id probably wanna get something that would blend in more and not look like an obvious mod....

First off, thanks for the suggestion. Now I kinda know what to look for.
But damn, $284 for these bars? + installation charge? Kinda expensive isnt it?

Isnt there anything cheaper out there?

pain in the ****?? umm, it's not a goldwing dude. ALL sportbikes are like that. use your legs to grip the tank and use your back to hold you up. you don't wanna have all of your weight on your wrists while you are driving.
