Just wanted to post what I found as the original suspension settings on a'07 zx6r.

Front
Rebound- 1.5 (from full hard)
Compression- 1.5 (from full hard)

Rear
Rebound- 2 (screwdriver setting from full hard)
Compression- 13 clicks (2 revolutions from hard).

If anyone has come up with good settings please post including rider weight and intended use(road or track).

 

Be careful with any softness adjustment. I tried what worked best forlast years bike ('06 636), it was way too soft and turned in too easy (just 3/4 turn softer).I'm going to try an 1/4 of a turn at a time to find the best for me.
