oil change

i know it's a dumb question but how often should i change synthetic oil? just got bought the bike and had it's first oil change. thx

thx joe, i take it that most change between 3000-7000. i think i may go right in the middle. right at about 5000.

5,000 is when most street riders change there oil out when useing synthetic oil's if u use regular dino oil i would say 2000-3000 miles

I run Motul 4T syn blend oil and plan on changing it every 4 mos or 3K miles. Prolly overkill but cheap (well not really cheap) insurance and it's my baby so.....

also I like to pound on my bike.
