New zx-6r problems FI light

RE: New zx-6r Clicking & FI light blinking
I experienced the same clicking noise but before that ever happened, my bike died. I replaced the ECU because of a post I read on kawiforums.com. Thought that was the remedy until I rode it hard for the first time this season. It died, then I turned the bike off. When I turned the key to the ON position, that's when I heard the clicking noise. As I left the key on, that same noise would repeat itself about every 5 seconds until I finally turned the ignition off. I would not be able to start it until the bike cooled down and am not sure what part heat plays. Anyways, I'm taking it to a performance shop I used to work at and put it on the DYNO to recreate the problem.

I wasn't aware of that issue but it may be the same thing, as the TPS is part of the throttle bodies. I'm just looking for a solution. I thought the problem stemmed from my Servo Motor after installing my HotBodies exhaust. I'm beginnig to think otherwise. My only problem is that I'm not about to take it to a dealer as I know that they may try and blame something on my exhaust. Then again, maybe not...

I think it's the servo for the secondary throttle valve that's malfunctioning. The TPS sensor is passive; it just gives a position current feedback but doesn't move by itself, control anything or make noise.

Warranty, buy new TB'sor ebay. I don't know if they will sell the servo seperate. (Yep, I checked; they do not sell it seperately. Whole TB assembly). Send me your old ones; maybe I can try and fix them. Probably a loose connection at the circuit board solder.

I also wanted to say that I had lifted my fuel tank up the other day to find out that my vent tube coming from the fuel tank was pinched. Could this be the cause of the malfunctioning of the throttle bodies or is that something altogether different. The reason I ask is that I heard of that problem mentioned on the forum before.
Thanks
