yea. also i did some research for you guys after i saw the pic. there claiming 116 rwhp and 55 ft/lbs of tourque. and apparently BIKE magazine out of the uk got to do a test ride and full reveiw. and its rumored that they put the new 675 up against the honda 600rr and the kawi zx6r and the triumph spanked them both. its also said to have a dry weight of 363 and is narrower than any other 600 bike out there.

not to mention if the 675 is as cheap as the 650 of last year all the japanese sportbike companies could be in deep ****. you can find 05 tiumph 650s for 6gs otd.

I have always been a fan of the Daytona Triumph 955, and was stoked when they came out with a middleweight... And it looks like they are the only ones that have not taken a step back in design for 06 models

Yea they have stepped it up the looks department.

Also 123 horsepower at the crank and a dry weight of 363 pounds means she should be fast. Handling I wonder?

I wouldn’t mind seeing it in my stable.

hell ya. i almost got the daytona 650 before i got my 636.... no regrets i love my 636 to death... but i wouldn't mind having that 675 also. but if their gonna build a bike thats 675 cc. why don't they just bring the 750 back. the daytona can't compete in any ama races in the 600 class. unless they make one in a 600.. talk about stepping up on the cheater bike battle... but hey better for us .....

you think they could race. cause its a 675 tripple. only 3 cylinders. twins can race in ama like the ducati 748/749. they get more ccs to accomidate for the fewer pistons. so you think a 675 tripple is right in the middle of 600 i4s and 750 twins. also it has radial brakes and a ton of goodies. if its as cheap as the 05 650s i think i might be getting a new 675 instead of a 03/04 636. i like triumph though because they make bikes for the street not to race. and they said its supposed to have a better bottom end and midrange than any 600 out there. not to mention i sat on a daytona 650 and those things are comfy.
