Whats up everyone....Its good to find a forum like this where everyone is helpful, and offering to give feedback on certain topics. Im also glad that this is mostly for people who have ninjas. I went riding with my buddies the other day and we pulled up to a toll and the lady said to us 7 of you have the same bike(GSXr's) except you haha, which let me just add is better looking and faster than the rest(05 ZX6R) Anyway Im about to order the twobrothers Ti exhaust for it. Does anyone have a pic of a Ti two brothers on a magma red zx6r? I was first thinking to get the carbon fiber but that didnt match the rims as well. I read a few of your posts and some people were saying that you need an aftermarket servo installed b/c the FI light is turning on? Is this a fact b/c i keep hearing mixed feedback on this. For the people this was happening to did you have a power commander on when you installed the exhaust and was it mapped correctly? Any help would be great....oh and soon as i get this exhaust on i'll put some pics up ASAP. Anyone from the upstate NY area?

first off welcome to the forum as for the 2bros u are gonna love it. The 2bros comes with the FI fix so you dont have to worry about it. But to explain it here goes, our bikes have a servo on it that contols the exhaust valve. when u put on an aftermarket exhaust the valve is gone but the servo (under your seat) still runs. You need to add the servo stop (little peice of machined aluim.) to stop the servo.(trick it into thinking the valve is still on your bike) The powercommander has nothing to do with it.

Hope this helps.

I'm not sure what the Ti version of the 2bros is. I have the V.A.L.E. dual slipon. Oh and welcome to the site by the way lots of good poeple here. back to the topic at hand. the reason you need to add a stop to the topp of the servo motor is that when you install the exhaust you remove the exhaust valve and the wires that run to it. without the wires and valve to stop the servo from turning at a certain point the FI light comes on. all you do is bolt the stop that comes with the exhaust to the top of the servo and you are good to go.
