ths light is on for a "serious" reason (to the ecu, anyway)

sounds like the servo motor to me. if you can post up the pic's from under the seat that way we can see if the servo motor has the adapter on it and maybe the srevo is bad or is going bad that may be your problem.

 

i can send you a link to the manual if you'd like, or post the code and i'll think of an easy fix fro whatever it's saying..

true true I got the pic gonna try an get it done in a few. its finals week so its hectic sry but im workin on it right now. funy thing is since sunday its been on an off lol weird but ill try an have it up in a few minutes.
