Default New Bike Help

Hey guys, Iam new to this site and i have a few questions,
I Just bought a 1990 Ninja ZX600-D, it sat for four years, the seals went to crap
in the water pump so antifreeze was in the oil, fixed that problem, now i just cant get
it to run and rev, i beleive i have a crossed wire with the ignitions coils, Iam not sure
how it goes, it seems to run only on 2 cylinders, the right bank just pours out smoke till it
warms up, It needs all new plastic, but my major concern is, can i get a service manual in pdf
for this bike or can someone post a diagram of the firing order and the way the wires on the coils are
hooked up ? Thanks in advance for your help.

have you cleaned the carbs? sitting for that long they need it bad, maybe replace the needle and seet maybe the two that arent firing are getting over saturated with gas

Here is a factory service manual for the bike and here is the Haynes manual. I would probably go for the Haynes manual.

If you are running bad on just two cylinders, I would test the coils. I had a 91 ZX-6 and if I remember correctly, there were only two ignition coils. One for two plugs and another for the other two. They are mounted to the frame just under the gas tank and air box.

On a side note, I hade a pair of Jardine RT-one slip-ons on my old ZX-6 and boy did that thing sound awesome. I miss my centerstand...

It seems to be a carb issue, all the coils fire, but i dont think i have it correctly wired up, Ahh yes also, it has dual slip on muzzys, it sounds pretty nice., Kinda hard to say if its running on 2, it seems to idle nice with the choke on, if i snap the throttle it just dies, once in awhile i can get it to rev good but it just dies again.......

right on Professor, glad to have had that diagram. Double check your boots and all rubber hoses/parts at the same time. Four yrs of sitting is a long time.
