RE: Motorcycle alarms?
You should relocate the alarm to a hard to access location like under thr rider seat; somewhere it's difficult to get at and disable. These bike thieves are good and fast.

I took some pics last night. The file is too large for KF, but they can be viewed here
alarm pics. I still want to some more work hiding the alarm better. you can see some of the wires if you stand just just right.

RE: Motorcycle alarms?
i installed a Scorpio with perimeter sensor. every night i put a thick bike chain convered in some kindof canvas. Put it through the rear wheel and swing arm. lock it. then cover it. then use a kryptonite thick wire lock through the front wheel and happens to fit through the cover. So i have 2 locks and an alarm. still wont stop someone putting in a truck. Insurance is for that.

I was talking to my dad last night, he had a great idea. He said to drill a hole in the concrete, sink a lag and put a eyebolt in it. then chain the motorcycle to the eyebolt, if they want the motorcycle there gonna have to get a jack hammer or cut hardened steel (I've seen plastic coated chain at Lows, and Home Depot). He secures his boats that way.

Good pair of Bolt Cutters could take that chain right out. and this doesn't cover the fact that when you are not home to secure it it doesn't do alot of good.
