Default MDR Engine Covers...

Now that is nice out again, I'm back in the fulll swing of riding. I still have a few parts to replace and my highside will be erased from the bike... I am looking pretty serious into running black anodized MDR engine convers instead of going with stockers? Has anyone ran these?

If I am going to go notstock (yes that is a pun from this forum...couldn't resist) then I am going to replace both covers. Esp if I am going to go black... I like em both but the woodcraft's are about 35 bucks more.. but offer better protection...

Either one should be a good upgrade over stock. The side covers will be stronger since they are not a cast cover. This could save expensive internals.
