Make sure the drw on the bilb is not to extensive. If it is draw to much power you will pop fuses and burn up the wire. What is the draw on the bulbs you are using? I had soem high draw bubls on my truck and I had to replace the whole wire harness.

Too much resistance is why the fuse blew. Make absolutely sure that you have a good ground. Remove the paint from the frame ground point to get the best contact. Make sure the bulbs aren't over 60/55 watt rating and all crimps & connections are good and secure. Also, don't go over 15 amps on the fuse; try a 12.5 amp one first but double check your connections. One other thing, if you got the kit from me, check the bulbs to make sure the welds are good because I did get a bad batch of bulbs. I have been double checking them all.
