Talked to my brother this morning, he really likes his BMC, he has not had to clean it any more than I do my K&N. Sounds like a good option...you have a choice to make

I hear they are very easy to install, and it gives a modest increase in perf. I talked to a guy at my local bike shop and I think it was around $70 to get one if I install it myself.

What did the removal of the secondary butterflies do for you; any difference in power? You can put in some race cams, race ECU, an ignition module or timing advance rotorfor more power.
hey speed i can tell u i lost alittle low end power but gained a few hp up top with this mod, also it will make your idle alittle weird from more air gettin into the throttle bodies but will smooth out alittle once warmed up, probly goingto put mine back in but am going to take the divertor out of my air box to see if can pic up some extra power from there

Best way for more fuel is to download a Full exhaust Map on the PC111, however you may be running too rich. We installed a Full Exhaust & ran an 07 ZX6R without an air filter, and it ran just perfect. The Air/Fuel ratio was good for producing the most power even without a Power Commander. The best air fuel ratio is probably around 13.7to 1. Try using a Slip-On with stock or aftermarket air filter MAP. Use even the other exhaust manufacturers maps to see if you like it. My bike seemed to run great with a Yosh Slip-On & stock air filter & without a PC111. The best way to tell is on a Dyno with Custom Map.

Make sure they hook up an Air/Fuel gauge to it to you can see what the mixture ratio is.

well guy's i took the bike to get it tuned and on the 1st pull i made 115 hp on pump gas, switched the pump gas to 110 race gas and played with the pc111 some and got 120.3 hp out of a bone stock 636 engine, i was very pleased considered my bike only has bolt on hp mods, motor has never even been broken into, i think next mod will be either 05-06 cams and degree them in and possibly some port work, or a nice nitrous kit for some added fun for the track
