I just bought an 05 zx6r with about 4400 miles. I planned on doing oil change and replacing front tire that needed to be replaced. I was wondering what else, if anything, I should consider doing?

 

That's low miles. Oil/ filter and worn tires sounds right. Not much else is necessary yet. Check, adjust and lube the chain and cables.

 

^^^ that sounds about right...you might want to pull the battery, check the levels, add distilled wateras needed and clean and lube up the battery connections...

Was the seller the original owner, and if so did he mention having the initial 500mi svc performed?

 

check your owners maunual. it has a breakdown of wjhat all you should check at what miles

These have sealed gel batteries. Good idea on checkin the battery connections.
