if the mod has to do with the exhaust valve and i have akrapovic exhauts which ino longer have the valve would this still be at any benefit for me?

Whatguage wire jumper do you need for the mod speed? I am going to finially do it to my bike since I am going to have it a part installing these darn headlights rims wheels chain sprockets graphic kit changing the oil adding waterwetter. The list just seems to go on. Oh ya speedohealer as soon as EVIL finds me one for cheap.....

CHECK ON www.i-hacked.com AND SEARCH UNDER KAWASAKI NINJA ZX-6R. THAT WILL TELL YOU HOW TO DO THE MOD.

RE: JUMPER WIRE MOD
hmm, here is a question to us all. Exhaustbutterfly valve is either a sound deterent or a low to mid range modulating valve. Aftermarket exhausts do not offer this because of what reason? Costly to produce a light weight assembly that matches the oem values? Is it excess weight that means alot to most of us that can save a few oz's? Or does the butterfly actually modulate backpressure to produce the best torque and hp for that engine timing?

RE: JUMPER WIRE MOD
I think the Exhaust butterfly valve works throughout the RPM range but is wide open near 10K rpm and above and probably closes a littlenear 14K redline for the EPA noise restriction. It also smoothes out power delivery especially from low to mid-range.
