Thinkin of doin this...I've got a K&N air filter, 2 bros exhaust and a power commander. Will I need to adjust the power commander for this mod?

Yes, it will still benefit your bike. And you should get a custom map done if you want Maximum benefits.

Whatguage wire jumper do you need for the mod speed? I am going to finially do it to my bike since I am going to have it a part installing these darn headlights rims wheels chain sprockets graphic kit changing the oil adding waterwetter. The list just seems to go on. Oh ya speedohealer as soon as EVIL finds me one for cheap.....

CHECK ON www.i-hacked.com AND SEARCH UNDER KAWASAKI NINJA ZX-6R. THAT WILL TELL YOU HOW TO DO THE MOD.

hmm, here is a question to us all. Exhaustbutterfly valve is either a sound deterent or a low to mid range modulating valve. Aftermarket exhausts do not offer this because of what reason? Costly to produce a light weight assembly that matches the oem values? Is it excess weight that means alot to most of us that can save a few oz's? Or does the butterfly actually modulate backpressure to produce the best torque and hp for that engine timing?

edit: responding to speedracers post

THE WAY THAT I UNDERSTAND IT IS. ONLY AT HIGH RPMS THE VALVE ENGAGES AS A SOUND DETERENT. THE ONLY DIFFERENCE I COULD SEE WAS HOW IT PULLS IN THE UPPER RPMS.

I think the Exhaust butterfly valve works throughout the RPM range but is wide open near 10K rpm and above and probably closes a littlenear 14K redline for the EPA noise restriction. It also smoothes out power delivery especially from low to mid-range.
