Talking 06 Jumper Mod

Has anyone done this with an 05 with a fully system and PC3? If so, what were the results? I'm looking at trying this out.

Do you have to re-map your PCIII?

Lost of people have and it has made more power. Check with 05 ZX6R; He did it recently with Dyno numbers too. I have done it in a few bikes including the 05 636 I just sold and the current 05 I'm building. It's the cheapest way to get some top-end speed & power ever.

I have a yosh slip on, I did this mod, and my FI light came on. I took the mod out and my FI light is still on. the servo doesn't even turn when i turn the bike on or even when the bike is started. I know somebody else had a similar problem in this forum. I don't know enough about bikes to blame this mod, but it's a pretty big coincidence, seeing as how I had my yosh installed 9k miles before the jumper mod and I never had a problem before that.

oh, and if it helps, i have been riding with the FI light on for the last 2k miles and I have no peformance loss. I just can't fix the FI light problem if the servo doesn't even bother moving... right??

The Jumper Mod if done/ connected correctly will not cause the FI light to come on. If you connected it wrong, you could have shorted something. Do you have a deactuator/ limiter cam on the exhaust servo? Look in the manual on how to reset the FI light: http://www.manualz.info/ or disconnect the battery.
