just got off the phone with the lady and and they are sending me a ups sticker by e-mail so I can send them back. The back of the package has the right part number on it but the rest of the package was for the ZX10. They just went by the number on the back so they said it came to them like that from clear alnternatives.here is a pic of the ones they sent me.....you can tell they are wrong by the mounting tabs.

I hope they send me the right parts. I've been waiting almost 2 weeks to get my frame/spool/bar end sliders. That would really suck to have waited so long and not get the right parts. And I wonder why they shipped all my stuff from the east coast if they have a office in Cali, I live in San Diego.

 

Hey guys...I have had a similar problem with Clear Alternatives...

I ordered an integrator for my 06 ZX6R....We called them and asked if the '05 kit that was in the catalog would fit the '06...they said yes and order them we did. It should have taken them 3 days to get to Cycle Gear, but it took 2 weeks. I go to pick them up and, who would have thought, they were the wrong ones. The packaging said '03-'05 and looked like a bow-tie. And, wouldn't you know, we called them back and they informed us that a new stock number was made for the '05-'06 part. It came out 2 days after I ordered!

Anyway...got a little mad and started ranting there....

 

At least they realized they screwed up and are taking care of the expenses. How do you like your new Yosh exhaust?

 

the same thing happened to me about the intergrated tail light. they sent the 03-04 model instead of the 05-06 one. i'm still waiting for them and its been almost 3 weeks. and im still waiting for the euro turn signals. these things take forever to get here. i just want my parts. is that so hard for the dealer to understand.

 

That would be funny if the ladie on the phone was a nasty *** because nasty girls sound hot on the phone.

 

I love the exhaust.....I just can't wait to ride it.

 

crap ! i just ordered a bunch of stuff from 58cycle and they wont get back to me. this was a week ago and no word from them other then the "hot" chick calling me to inform me a set of the tail lights i wanted were on backorder for 8 more weeks. i hate waiting [>:]
