Well......... First of all when I got my exhaust, the wrong hanger bracket/muffler clamp was sent.They sent me the one for the honda cbr600rr. So I called the the main office in Cali. and the sent me the right one. Good news is I just put it on last night..............More bad news.........In the mean time I went ahead and order my framesliders and my clear euro signals for the front, and what do you know...........they sent me the wrong turnsignals. They sent me turnsignals for the '05 ZX10. So Last night after putting on the muffler clamp I went ahead and put the sliders on(At least they were right). So now I have to pay the shipping to send the wrong signals back......... I'm seriously thinkin about trying to get them to pay for the shipping and try to get something free out of the deal .......like a T-shirt or something.........Well I had to get that off my chest so thinks for listening everyone.

 

that's their screw up.... they should pay for shipping and make it right

 

I didn't know there was a difference between the 10r n 636 turnies.

 

mounting on the zx10 is different on the zx6 for the turn signals... but what company is this that keeps sending you the wrong parts, so no one has to go through this? and they should pay for the shipping of the wrong parts. if not at least a refund for shipping or something...

 

I agree. They should be footing the bill for shipping since they are the ones who screwed up. And the compensation for you in missing out. That is bogus.

They came from 2 different places. The muffler clamp came from fuel moto but it came to the like that. It was the main offices falt in Cali. not fuel moto. The turnsignals came from 58cycle. I'm going to call them tomorrow and see whats is going on. I'm going to tell them that I had planed on ordering all alot of stuff from them and if the don't do me right I will have to get my stuff from some where else.[:@]

yeah i order a ton of stuff from 58 and so far so good. The customer service girl sounds hot. its worth just calling, i do. LOL

good luck with 58cycle....IMO they have everything in stock and its all shipped right away, which is nice...but I had a similar problem. I ordered frame sliders, and got the wrong ones, totally different brand, but they would have fit the bike...so i call, and they tell me i gotta ship it back PLUS a 20% restocking fee when all I wanna do is get the sliders I want and pay the difference...i wasnt really in the mood to deal with so I kinda just hung up...oh and GOTRICE, her name is Ashley, she left a message on my cell phone
