Plugs and lack of voltage can cause what you mentioned.

I would start by checking all the connections, and making sure you don't have a bad ground. What kind of mods have you done?

The 05-06's have had some problems with the throttle bodies. First try a water remover or fuel treatment like RXP. If that doesn't fix it, call the dealer to check on a recall or service bulletin. Other's have had similar problems.

i keep it outside covered up under a carport. mods: jumper mod. i had a b&m air filter on it but i took it off because i thought that might have been the problem because of different air flow. i took it to a dealer and they said they couldnt find anything wrong with it. i put some fuel injector cleaner in it and that didnt help either.

Also check you vacum lines that are under your gas tank. Did you have the tank up putting in a filter or anything? if it started running like **** after this it could be a vaccum hose check that if you want. Make sure none of your fuel lines are pinched either.

Yeah do that ^ and put some RXP in your tank. Trust me and atleasttry this. The fuels now have Ethanol in them which absorbs water. It settles at the bottom of your tank and gets sucked in the fuel pump intermittently which causes rough performance. Check you battery terminals too for security/ tightness& corrosion.
