a severe lack in aftermarket performance parts (full exhaust, pcIII's ect) for the 07 zx6r's... i know its a newer bike but shouldnt there be a bit more aftermarket support. If i am a moron and the 05-06 parts fit please disregaurd this post... <~~~ still a newb!

 

not sure bout the 05-06 working on the 07's but it usually takes em a bit of time to get the chit designed for the newer models

 

05-06 was a 636 wasn't it? +1 to mikeys post.

 

no only 05 was a 636 i thought in 06 they went back to 600... not sure like i said, im still a neeb.

 

THE 06 IS ALSO A 636 THE 07 WENT BACK TO THE 600

wholly wow you guys need some help with this...joking I am no expert but I can tell you the following brands have exhaust slipon/systems available for the 2007

Yosh has the RS-5 Cone End Cap Slip On
Micron Full System or slip on
Micron Ultralite Titanium Slip on
(I am sure there is more brands available I would have to do more research)
And the power commander is available for your bike just so you know.

 

When i was working in parts for a motorcyle shop a few years back Yosh and Micron were concidered a bad investment they were just not a good exhaust but that might have changed in the years that i have not been in the parts biz, i guess for me when you hear things about a certain product i tend to stay away from them.

I believe they are both pretty good...micron may be better for a kawi IMO than yosh.
