Tex, tell them you're on this forum and everyone wants to know the outcome; their customer service and product support may be the deciding factor for future purchase by members. I know if a product fails and the manufacturer doesn't honor their warranty or workmanship defect; that's it. I won't buy anything else from them!

Next time call them at 0700hrs and see what happens? Bummer on the product so far though. Good luck
