RE: how do you remove rims off your bike???
Now now, let's not get Cavemanny.
First, Do you have a front and rear stand?
Rear: Put the bike on the stands and remove the rear axle nut and slide the axle out. Push the rear wheel forwarh a little and slip the chain off and roll the wheel back. Reverse the steps when re-installing and be careful to get the spacers & caliper carrier back in position (can be a pain).
Front: Put the front stand on. Loosen and remove the brake caliper bolts and slide them off the discs/ rotors. You will need to use a hex adapter or a sparkplug socket with a 3 inch 3/8 drive extension put into the socket backwards. Use the spark plug socket or the Hex adapter to loosen the axle. Make sure to loosen the axle pinch bolts only on the Bolt side of the axleand remove the axle. Remove the wheel. Re-install in reverse steps, careful with the spacers too.
DO NOT PUMP YOUR BRAKES WITH THE WHEEL REMOVED OR THE CALIPER OFF!

The spacers should fit inside the seals and the seals will help retain the spacers when you install the wheels. They only go on one way and if you by chance happen to install them wrong (almost impossible), you're a gorilla. The smaller side toward the wheel bearings. Be careful, the like to fall out during installation of the wheel/ axle.
