Default hot frame

My frame gets hot after ridding after awhile. Does this happen to anyone else? If so why?

What's your coolant Temperature? It has been hot and Aluminum is an excellent heat exchanging/ transfer alloy. It probably helps to cool your motor down just a little by absorbing some of the heat.

if the frame gets to the point that you cant touch it in certain places after riding, its ok.

Coolent temp is fine. I have had other sport bike and none of those frames got hot. Is the design of the 1999 such that the frame does that? Is my bike missing a port of some sort?

The frame is wrapped around the engine and the engine is producing a lot of heat. So it is normal for some heat transfer
