The quickest fix to that would be to go get a new battery.... they dont cost that much anyway. Most economical solution would be jump start it and ride the bike around for a couple hours. Should charge the battery....

tried charging it for a few hours, no luck, with the battery charging i was able to turn the dash and geth the accessories on, once i tried taking the clamps off the battery and tried turning the bike on, got nothing to turn on once again, then tried starting it with the charger still connected to the battery and got nothing, so no luck, now is there a way to jump start it?? or should i get a new battery? I figure if i cant even get the bike on, there wont be a way to jump start it...

Seems the like the cells in ur battery are dead. this usually means you need a new battery. How old is your existing battery? you might be due for a new one. New battery for a 600cc bike can cost around 50 bucks....

i don't think u can bump start the '07s + because of the slipper clutch either. battery for mine was $98 at a kawi dealership. i still haven't got one yet, but i think i'll need one next year for sure.

+1, Prevention is always the best cure
If its not running the dash lights after a couple hours of charging either you didnt charge it right or there was nothing there to charge. New battery should fix you up, at the very least it cant hurt.
