well, i stopped by my local bike shop today on my way home from work and was just looking for helmets. i thought i could get a new one and use my old one for passengers.

anyway...didn't want to drop a lot of money on a helmet, but the guy offered me 25% off on an arai astral aurora that matched my other helmet and bike, and fit beautifully. so it came to $370 and i told him if he dropped to $350 i'd get it. so he did, and i got it. i know it's too late, but just wondering if i got a good deal or got ripped off...btw, i need to get a mirror shield for it.

 

have you looked on the arai website to see the msrp?

 

the arai i wanted was like 750. sounds like a decent deal

 

i paid $340 for mine arai astral parkes ed, but its a 03 model. just got it a ocuple of weeks ago, but u can find last years models a lot cheaper than this years, and only difference is colors
