Default Full exhaust or slip-on? Sprocket change?

i'm adding a power commander III. and i was curious, is a full titanium exhaust worth the price? or should i just do the slip-on.

Also i need more torque for take-off but i don't wanna loose the top-end. Because over here in germany i actually make it to top-end. so what would be the best sprocket change i should do.

was gonna do a -1/+2, but i heard that you top out at like 140. and i need more topend. so i was wondering should i go just +2 on the rear and leave the front at 16 teeth?

if you go with a full titanium exhaust your going to take off a lot of weight off the bike. Which should make it a little faster along with the horsepower gain of the exhaust. As for changing the bike to a -1/+2 like you said your going to lose the top end. I'm not to sure on what you would need to get it to the set up your after.

I went up 3 in the rear and still lost some top-end. Any change you make to the sprockets has some consequences. Remember the "opportunity cost" thing from econ? Same scenario...

What kinda riding you doing?
Street-Drag,Track,Stunt'n?
That will tell you what kind of system you want and sprocket set-up.
If your getting a PCIII then you must want a Full, You dont really need a PCIII w/slip-on.
My stock gearing was 17-40 I changed to 16-41 and love it I also got a speed-o-healer to correct my speed reading. I dont miss the top end cause i can barely hit 170+ for more than a few seconds round here

well see thats the thing its gonna be more for street drag but with the autobahn over her you ample times to hit over 160 easy. i was thinking of just going up 2 in the rear and leave the front at 16.

drop the front 1, its cheaper then buying a rear sprocket too and has the same effect.

Good point evil. I went with the whole 520 kit. Not sure if the lighter chain makes a difference. The sprocket change is definitely the most "bang for your buck" IMHO.

the full ti exhaust is def worth the money you will loose alot of weight off the bike and with a pc111 you can gain some nice power from the full exhaust, also -1 +2 is a nice sprocket change and still streetable by most riders you will loose alittle topend but will pull lovely down in the bikes low-mid range power

you can try to send odimus a pm and ask him how he had his bike set up while he was stationed in germany, he hit the autobahn on a daily basis.
