Fuel efficient brother

Fuel efficient brother
I went out ridding with my brother over the weekend and was surprised how fuel efficient he is. I normally get 38-42 mph out of the 636. He did over 50. He doesn't do speed runs ... yet I was amazed by it.
Just a thought.

I must be riding slow, cuz I get like 40...
However, more often than not, I'm doin like 10-20 over the limit. [8D]
I guess it help's that I am not that big (5'7", 130lbs), so it doesn't take much to get me movin, plus when I tuck, I'm pretty aerodynamic.

50 mpg is pretty darn good...If I'm cruising hiway, I'll average 46, in town, around 30.....

I am getting 42 mpg on my 03 with a pipe, a race ECU & a PCIII. The 06 I'm working on gets 50 mpg, but he's easier on the throttle than I am. Also the 05-06's have more power and breath better with aids in the efficiency.

just something to think about is it isnt how fast you go over the speed limit, but moreso how much gas you give it to get it there. it kills mpg to gun it from redlight to redlight (which IS fun, but not fuel efficient) so it depends on ur ridin. i think i use to get 32-34 mpg
