Default Front Sproket Change

Hello! I have a '96 Zx-6r and i want to change the front sproket but it seems that the screw is stuck...So i'd like to ask if anyone knows what's
the force(Nm) that should be aplied to unscrew the sproket screw , and are there any ways to block the sproket somehow , except using the
back wheel brake?

If someone did this and has some pictures , please share your exeperience

You'll need an Air impact wrench to loosen the countershaft sprocket nut.

already tried that and it didn't work , and a specialist asked me the maximum torque that should be applyed to the nut so that he would try to
apply more force, withouth breaking anything. Also he told me , that it is hard to loosen it by air , because the back sproket is on rubber duper
and this takes the shocks... So that's why a bigger force should be applyed... So if anyone knows the max torque, it would be very helpful

goto to the do it yourself section and there is a write up, if am impact wrench didn't do it, get a bigger one.

Then you'd have to have the rear brake applied while using the impact or get a holder for the front sprocket. Make sure you're turning it the right direction and the threads are normal and not reverse. Sound like the best & safest way is to get a holder for the countershaft sprocket then loosen it with a breaker bar & socket. Too much force with the impact can damage your transmission.
