If you would of read the web sight. You would of seen that it only disables the servo valve after 13000 rpms. It doesn't disable it through the whole rpm range.

 

I would have to admit I am not an expert on the 05 636 but I do know a little about the servos and valves. Why would they only build 1 bike out of all the manufactures and models that have a valve that closes when the bike nears the top of it's power band? Not sounding very smart to me, and to control sound WTF

Any way not to argue I just don't think it makes that much sense. If you want real hp mod than lose the stock header, get full exhaust, tuning and servo mod. Cost more but gives you real results that you can't get from a piece of wire.
