RE: free 9 hp mod??
i've read the thread on that. and it doesn't do anything until you get into the top end of the bike. and all it is, is jumping a connector. sorry i forgot what the site is. but it's cool if your riding your bike really hard. and it's only for the 05 636. and nothing else..... good luck....

RE: free 9 hp mod??
Wow! If that mod is disabling the servo and leaving the valve open all the time, I say what a joke.
I couple of facts.
1- that dyno is correct and the bike most likely is gained the 9 hp. BUT they are not telling you what you give up for it and the possible damages that will occur. So I will.
2- You will lose low and mid range power. That’s where most of us ride 95% of the time.
3- They did not show you the dyno results for the AF (air fule) mixture especially on the low and mid range. This is very important and I will get back to this soon.
4- The servo creates needed back pressure so the bike has power in the low and mid range. And removing or disabling it with out other needed modifications can cause the bike to run lean in the low and mid range. Remember that’s where most of us ride 95% of the time.
You must if you have no servo or a race exhaust on your bike get new jetting or if EFI a power commander to fix the af mixture problem. The open exhaust is allowing more air to enter and the exhaust gas to exit quicker. Making a lean condition. If you run your bike lean it will eventually burn up valves and or pistons and heads. Very costly repair for a 9 hp gain.
Race exhaust or no servo gives you less power on the low and mid range and after you rejet or install power commander with mapping you should adjust gearing to give you more power in the low and mid range . -1 front or +2 rear will do this for you. I did both but I live for that quickness. It will have your bike running higher rpms and get you into the power band quicker. But you will lose the high end speed.
Racers don’t’ have to worry about low end and very little mid range as well. Its all about 10-13k for them.
Also you can install a slip on exhaust with out disabling your servo and you usually do not have to rejet or install power commander.
Any way just warning so you do not have to ruin your bike to gain 9 hp that you most likely will hardly ever use.
Ride safe and remember if it sounds to easy or to good to be true it usually is.
