The euro front signals are cool because you do not have to cut anything and they are plug and play design. For the rear I would just get an intergrated tail light. here is a little vid of mine.

That type of flushmount is pretty much the standard for all, although I can't say anything about generic brands since I've only installed ClearAlternatives sets.
The rear blinkers you posted are a terrible idea. Those 4 led clusters are cheap computer lighting that someone one day thought would be cool on a bike, and now online companies make tons of money off of other peoples ignorance. I actually have them, and bought them myself for $3 a piece a couple years ago from a computer site, and I shouldn't have. They're getting replaced this winter. If you want a decent set of rears, either do the integrated taillight, or try something like the BMW flushmount conversion seen below.

RE: flush mount signals?
i installed a e bay set of front lights on one of a kf membes bike and the holes needed to be wallerd out a little because they didnt line up with the stock kawi holes.
the clear alternatives were a perfect fit.
you can do something like this on the back that will cost about 12 bucks. but when its all said and done youll probley get the ca integrated rear light.
