look at the products on 1tail.com (http://www.1tail.com/sa/c/Exhaust_Wr...Protection.htm)
specially this link-
http://www.1tail.com/sa/p/Cool-Tape_Plus_TM_2_x_60_.htm(cool-tape plus) put this on the inside of fairings to deflect heat.

and try using exhaust wrap on the headers to help with heat... i'm gonna be doing that in the next couple of weeks. hope this helps

I would not use heat wrap on Ti exhaust components.
