I finished my tag/taglight bracket today. The weather was too crappy for pics. I have a wagon full of the progression of making it, but I want to get some of the complete project. I'll try to get the pics. tomorrow.

photo bucket
Ok, I finally got around to posting some photos. I'm sorry some of the pics got mixed up in the upload. I also took a couple of the plastic that the turn signals are mounted on that I cut. I put some auto door guard on the edges to clean them up, and make the lines consistent. On the tag mount I used 1/8" X 1 1/2 X 1 1/2 aluminum L channel, 1/4" x 3" bar stock aluminum, a piece of aluminum fuel line that I had. and a pair of light-up tag bolts. Everything was made using a rotary tool, and a hammer, and my trusty cordless drill. I did receive a lot of encouragement from "Sexy Pants von Sexinstiene" my GF who is also in a pic. So far I really like it. The only thing I would have done differently is to cut the L channel twards the front at an angle, so it wouldn't be so "square".
