O- What type of front euro signals are those? and how much and where can i find a set of them?

Those are the LockHart Phillips front euro's.. They were just under $60 for both.. ($28.?? each, sold seperately. There is a seperate PN for each left and right) I just happen to be in the shop (Escondido Cycle Center) browsing and stumbled across them.. Bought the last set at the time. Went in there a few days ago and saw another set sitting on the shelf.
