wow sorry it took so long to get back to you, the numbers are staying on because you still have a residual charge on the board, prolly have some solder hitting a power unit. i can take a look and redo it if you would like. but my guess is that is what is wrong

thats is the site and type that i got, im pretty sure they are the same ones that eled.com has, but i can check again and see if theres any small amounts of solder touching anything

So i took the gauge back off and took it apart, i cant see any solder that is on there and i tried cleaning everything off of it, but i think its something in the way its connecting to the front part of the gauge, if any one knows whats happening there any help would be great, i checked to see if everything was connecting right and it all seems to be fine, i looked everything over like 5 times

those leds are the correct ones. you sure the contackts to the lcd are clean? maybe the lcd too tight that might also do that

I was talking talking to some one today who said that the leds might be the wrong volt so thats its drawing to much or it might not be drawing enough, does any 1 know what the stock volts are for the amber ones

the ones i buy and use are 20 mA past that there isnt much more on the spec sheet and those ones work perfect
