Re: shipping of gauges.

Just package it well. I have heard people say that they need to be straight up and cannot be upside down etc. That's not true. Imagine the king of abuse they take while on the bike; vibration, temperature, rain etc. And how about crashes? I have gotten fully functional gauges from stunters and really messed up crashed bikes, so they are built pretty tough. So don't worry, put some bubble wrap around it, box it and ship to Sup-uni for the best price on this mod I know.

thanks speed for the props.

guys i know this seems odd to send it to me but i checked and the price i can do them at is 30 bucks + shipping

the cheapest i found on ebay is 65 +shipping. and if you look on ebay they even stole my pictures i took after i did a friends.

Hey any one who knows something about the circuit boards in these gauges could you possibly help me out, im new to computer boards but ive been around bikes all my life, i did this mod and now the numbers wont fade away completely, any one know what happend?? and is it fixable?? you can still see the stuff that should be there, but the rest of it is still visable a little??

Im not sure, i didnt try, all i know is that all the LEDS worked on the board, and then i put it back together and hooked it up and the numbers just arent completely transparent and its really hard to see the actual numbers during the day, at night its not as hard to tell what it actually is, if that gives you any clue to what might be wrong?
