Yes im a noob and I see this everywhere where you have a slipon style exhaust rather than a complete different setup. I see alot of yoshimura pipes. waz da deal with that?

a slip on means that it is just the "muffler" or "tailpipe". A full exhaust will be from the header all the way back. Usually you will see better performance from a full exhaust. It's kinda like doing a cat-back exhaust on a car vs. just the muffler.

Not an accurate comparison.
A cat-back for a caris just the mufflers, so it would be similar to just a slip on. Where a full exhaust system on a motorcycle would the same as a full exhaust system on a car. From the manifolds all the way to the back.
Slip on = muffler
full system = header/mid pipe/muffler

Although some brands' slip ons include the midpipe.

Most brands include the midpipe. The Full will give you more top-end HP whereas the Slip-On better low-end and mid-range than the Full system.
