Default cowl mounting hardware

I got a brand new passenger seat cowl, and it came with no mounting hardware. I thought at first I had to rip the top of my seat off and use the bottom of that, but when I saw my buddy's cowl I realized that was crazy talk. (And it was a damn good thing I researched before I gave it a shot!) So now where can I get my hands on the mounting hardware for an '05 636 seat cowl? I'd prefer a cheap online store as opposed to going back to the dealership and ordering from them. They're rediculously expensive - $90 for a seat cowl with no mounting hardware. I'll never buy anything from them again.
So where can I get the mounting hardware?

jeeze! my dealership is trying to shaft me, seriously. they already charged me 90 for the cowl itself, and they didn't tell me that that 90 dollars doesn't include the mounting hardware. now, they want another $75 for the mounting hardware for it.

rediculous. there has to be a cheaper place to get it.
