Default clutch problem

wassup guys, been a long time since i've been here and i need some help if anyone is interested. i was just wondering if anyone else out there has broken a clutch push rod or clutch release rod whatever it's called. my mechanic says its purely coincidental, which i think is garbage. i took it to him for fork seals, valve adjustment, stiffer clutch springs, front brake pads and 2 sprockets and a chain (3 extra teeth on back sprocket). this ran me $1100, and he didn't install the brake pads, didn't clean the grease off anything from my chain (HUGE puddle of grease ran down my rim and sidewall of tire) the fork tubes were still dirty although there were new seals istalled and i drove it for less than a minute...NO JOKE and the clutch rod let go. he said he broke one in his zx9 before and i was wondering if it is common because i don't think it is...oh yeah, and he lost one of my carbon fibre frame sliders....anyone wanna do business with him??? thanx in advance, sorry for such a long thread

Clutch push rod; have not heard of one breaking. He sounds sloppy to say the least though.
