RE: Cheapest source for Pilot Powers.
We buy ours from www.parts411.com. They are pretty cheap for Canada, so not sure how they compare to US prices. But we've had good luck with them.

i just got a call today that the front tire was out of stock, now, i really dont need the tires for another 2 weeks so it was no big deal, but lms is going to next day my order in a week and they took some money off my initial 235 price. im happy regardless.

Thanks for the info guys. Before I ordered off one of the websites provided, I wanted to ask another question. Since Im going to need a local shop to put the tires on and balance them, is it ever cheaper to buy the tires at the shop that's going to put them on. I checked out the websites and the prices on the tires are A LOT better than the local shops, but has anyone experienced it where when you buy the tires at the shop they wave the mounting and balancing fees and so in the long run be the cheaper way to buy tires?

some shops do mount and bal for 5 or 10 bucks if you buy the tires there. but their tire price is still 10 20 30 bucks more then what you can get it for online. same with the shops claiming free mount and bal. the tires are allways more.
if you have a shop that just dont care where you got them, but is willing to mount it up for the normal m & b price then its all good, youll still be saving at least 40 or 50 bucks on the tires.
my shop charges 25 off and 35 on, dont matter where you bought the tire. im hoping to walk out all ready to bolt on for 40 bucks after my discount on services. hopefully. call a few shops. just dont tell them where you bought the tires from. i bought a metzler off my brother and the place i took it to was all up in my bizz, i just said i dont know where it came from, i bought it off my brother and they were cool with it.
