To change the oil or not to change?

To change the oil or not to change?
I bought my '03 Ninja last spring. Changed the oil using Amsoil and a K&N filter. I only put about 350 miles on it last year so my question is, should I still change the oil this spring or would it be ok to leave whats in there since I didnt run it much? I started it up a few times this winter but only a handful. So not sure if by sitting the oil would go bad. Obviously Amsoil isnty cheap but my top concern is the bike and its performance. Thanks!

I'm sure that you'll get different opinions from each person you ask, but I would change it out. If your bike has been sitting in storage for while and the cold temps, it could start to break down and you won't get as much protection as you would from a fresh change. Besides, it's only $$$$$$

If you change oil every 3000 miles, then a good rule of thumb is every 3000 miles or every 3 months.... 2000 miles every 2 months.....etc, etc..... I would change it...
