Chain slipping?

Chain slipping?
I've had a recent problem with my bike studdering during hard acceleration. I thought it was my chain, but I chekced my rear sprocket and re cleaned and lubed my chain and it looks fine.
I have just realized that the only time it will studder is in 2nd Gear at 10k rpm. or around 8k rpm if im going uphill. I've tried as hard as a could to get it to studder in any other gear but it won't. Only 2nd.
The reason I haven't checked my front sprocket is because it only happends in second gear so I was thinking it is probably transmission. I ride the clutch a lot also.
It is an loss of power for an instant about 3 times in a matter of 1 or 2 seconds as soon as I hit 10k. the engine sort of pulses.
Anything would help, I am gonna try to get a video (without killing myself) so u guys can hear it happen.

eh..
how noisy is it? if the sprockets teeth are worn and the chain is loose, then its definitely the chain, but chances are it'll slip when leaving from a stop to if you stomped on it whilst leaving.
doublecheck the teeth and chain slack.. we can go from there..
a clutch will slip when the powerband is most beefy and when there is a good load on it, like if you were in 4th or 5th or 6th and sitting at 8-10krpm, then rolled on it hard, it'll slip then, or should, anyway.. or at least very close to that rev.. it shouldn't just do it in 2nd..
