I would think it might get lean from gutting the pipe, less restriction!

NS....your right....it did lean it out a little bit....but judging by the colors on my header pipes....it was a little rich to start off. Either way the header will be coming off once more so I can install a O2 sensor and AF gauge. Im going to do a custom map for it once I get my PCIII and gut the exhaust muffler a bit. I was going to get a full race exhaust, but I LOVE the look of the stock muffler.

If it leans out than the exhaust temps actually rise...

what would that do for high altitude riding?

I ride 2000-5500ft sometimes

I got a 2006 ZZR 600 think I could do something to my muffler without spending any money lol

High alltitude you will be running a little rich, rejet or add power comander so you can lean it out a little bit.

tx, im not going to make it to the post office today but everythings all boxed up and ready to go so ill take it in tomarrow during lunch. how bout you just pm me your full address and i can off it right there instead of making 2 trips. it shouldnt cost to much to ship it.
