I have a friend who has bought engine plugs for his 450 and sent them back because the allen key insert stripped but had great things to say about the company. Return policy and service ect. All the info I got bro.

i've done competition werkes installs. they have a nice fit and finish.. other than atrocious directions and leaving something to be desired in wiring (i soldered and heat-shrinked instead of using their bulky, bright red butt connectors that would have been visible and ugly)
i haven't run across the ride engineering stuff yet. i'd expect the same tho. small company, good fitment, good customer service, horridly simple directions and sub-par electrical hookups.
the comp werkes directions said somethin bout taking the throttle side tail section off.. NOT necessary at all on the last bike i did (07 gixxer 1K) so, watch that you're not directed to do more than necessary.
